Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Stone Oak (281N & TPC Parkway), is seeking an energetic and reliable Membership Sales Associate to join our team!

This is a sales-focused role where you'll help guests discover the benefits of massage and skincare while earning competitive hourly pay plus weekly incentives. What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression
- Recommend memberships, gift cards, retail, and service upgrades
- Schedule appointments and answer phones
- Consistently achieve sales goals
- Work with a supportive team that celebrates wins and helps each other succeed
- Spa experience is a plus, but not required! We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in the spa industry.
We are Looking for Someone Who...
- Has at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Loves talking with people and building relationships
- Is motivated by goals, commissions, and bonuses/incentives
- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old or older

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
